Able Apparel is run by Sia Sharma, a 12th-grade high school student whose mission is to support and raise funds for Singapore Rainbow Center, a local autistic school for children.

Autism spectrum disorder is a developmental condition that involves challenges in social interaction, speech and nonverbal communication, and restricted/repetitive behaviors. Unfortunately, many of Singapore's youth are affected by this condition and find themselves unable to bond with others, achieve what they desire, get treated fairly in the workforce, and experience life's fruitful opportunities.

All merchandise from Able includes real artwork created by autistic children, and all proceeds and profit go back into the autistic community. Able hopes to create a world full of altruism and connectedness, one sale at a time.
